g-g-g-g-Game Day

Turn and face the strange

g-g-Game Day

ooh look out, you rocknrollers

First question...do you roll out Vladar again?

Ride the hot goalie or keep both rolling?

2nd question/demand lol, keep Duehr in.

Can Philly decide which of Gud-Z they'd prefer to dump the puck towards? One thing I was reading when we got Z is that the dump-and-chase and zone entries tend to avoid his side due to hitting. Now what with Gud on the other side?

I think you run the risk of going backwards with Vladdy.

He should get one game before the B2B, but choices choices.

Marky has had 4 days off.

Buffalo is a good choice for next game because we need those games as well.

He was behind a tired team in the B2B last time, should he get the first game?

Tough choices.

I don't think there is a wrong choice right now with the goalies.

Vladdy gained confidence against tough teams.

Do we want to give Markstrom the tougher start (tired team) in the B2B game or play Vladddy back in BOS?

Is Markstrom the better choice against PHI?

He shut them down last time.

I would have loved to see Vladar get tonight as a tuneup.

No doubt Markstrom gets the opening of the new arena in NY.

Vladar likely the starter in Beantown.

Interesting to see Mangiapane with Backlund and Coles.

Why don't they use Coles on RW and put Mange in his natural slot?

Oh, well.  Not the worst thing.

Monahan with Dube and Pitlick.

I like the idea of Dube with Monahan.

Have a 2nd C available for draws.

Monahan can cheat a little more wiothout fear of having no other C to take the draw.

4th line is what it is.

A hard checking line.

No great speed to match the Buffalo kids, but will disrupt on the forecheck.

Time to finish off the road trip in style biotches!

Both teams on 2nd of b2b.

Rookie G vs Rookie G.

Ok, we have depth on D for a reason.

Valimaki has looked better than Zadorov did last night.

Dube and Pitlick are not exactly doing much.

Saw one or two shifts when they managed to move the needle.

Duehr should be an option for one of those spots.

BOS, even when they are sucking, still have talent.

Debrusk is such a Sutter-like player.

Bergeron part of the Douche Line.

Marchand brings what we want Tkachuk to be; a pest that draws penalties.

For what it's worth, I'm pretty sure that it's beeyotch. What we have here is a misspelling of biotech.

Love.

I think you are using the phonetic spelling of it.

I've seen in the urban dictionary it spelled the way C spelled it.

But, then again I'm not that hip.

Tonight is another of the trap games.  CHI should be a crap team, but we likely face MAF.

Kane and Debrincat are magic.

Have to make sure we have our best D out there for those two.

(Kyl and Tanev).

While I think Ras and Hanifin have played really well, they can get exposed by fast players.

Hanifin gets burned at the O blueline.

Secret for tonight?

Score early.

Don't allow Kane any space.

Defend as a 5 man unit and expose the holes in their D.

Valimaki out again.

Must have been one play that Sutter didn't like.

Or the old "play against your former team" thing.

If the team can manage to stifle the perfection line in beantown. I’m less concerned about Kane and Debrincat. They’re playing very good team defence and are making teams play from the perimeter and making it very hard to get to our net. But with all their success (or A Game performances), they’re bound to have a couple let down games. Let’s just hope they can limit chances when their B Game shows up.

First game after a long road trip.

Taking out a D-man that performed well.

BOS was on a B2B like us, and looked completely gassed once we got a lead.

They didn't play anywhere near what they were capable of.

I agree we are playing at a top level in the league.

We have seen some games where we came out flat.

MTL and Dallas should have been an easier draw.

Time for a 4 game set of West Coast games that start too late in Ontario and England.lol

Need to keep pace with those pesky Oilers and put teams behind us further behind us.

Stop letting Adin Hill own us!!!

With the previous Tkachuk/Doubty crap always brought up by Eric Francis, I almost expect some of those dumb-arse questions in any player availability today.  But, Sutter knows what to tell his players.  Shut up.  Focus on the W and nothing else.  Let them worry about us.

I doubt that Doubty is 100%, so you know Tkachuk and others are going to hammer him every chance they see.  Quick is also a target for Tkachuk, as he causes JQ to lose his focus easily.  Expect a combustible game.  Let's bring out the worst of this team, not the team that was winning a lot.
