From what I understood about BT with the Flames, the scouts made the call and BT just decided based on consensus from the scouts. That's why they had a list. Given the lack of movement so far and the quality still out there, Vladar isn't getting a 2nd rounder. We paid a 3rd to get Vladar and in the 2 years since he has put up very modest numbers.
