    I felt the same about the skating comment. Mobility is so important in today's NHL I think it is of utmost importance to get someone who is at least a "good" skater already. Hard pass.

    As much as I try to follow all Canadian teams in the playoffs I cant STAND the constant fawning over McDavid. Id be lucky to last a period watching an Oilers game.

    Stars in 7 Avalanche in 6 Canucks in 6 Kings in 4 (one can hope on this one. Realistically though I think Edmonton takes it in 6 or 7)

    Tampa in 6 Toronto in 7 Rangers in 5 Canes in 7 (This last one is the one I'm least sure about. The Islanders have proven to be sneaky good in the playoffs in recent memory. Canes are a great team though)

    Great tomato gardening where I'm at. Beeeaautiful San Marzano. I dont do it myself but have a friend who hooks me up with a bunch of tomatoes and jarred sauce every year because she and her family have such a big harvest 😁

    They are almost certainly going to have to deal Whitecloud this offseason. Add to that Pietro is 34. I could very easily see Vegas being a non-playoff team in 2026.

    Jokes aside. Iginla has looked pretty dynamic in the O-zone so far. 47 goals in his first full regular season too. I'm starting to dig the idea of potentially drafting him.

    I think Honzek will be fine. At worst he will be a Backlund replacement imo

    I know this is a day late but his glove save on Kyle Connor was a tremendous display of patience and athleticism. You can definitely the qualities thats made him a special goaltender so far.

    Nothing to add to this. I agree wholeheartedly. Shilly is well deserving.

    Only about half the players came to play in this one. Kadri line was really good. You can just see the fire in Kuzmenko to get more after he pots the first one. Liked Pachal and Kylington for the most part.

    Dallas is good example but also a rarity. They got an elite player at D, F, and G all in the same draft. That almost never happens

    I agree with this. Kuznetsov has skill no doubt but carries a lot of baggage. We don't need that around our young bucks

    True. William Eklund is a nice player though. So, there's that.

    As a whole picture 15-ish assets for 5 pending UFAS is some pretty tidy work IMO.

    Intrigued to see the return but as soon as the first domino fell earlier I had a strong feeling Hanifin would be dealt today.

    Maybe, but its also an extra asset. I'm curious of the conditions on the 3rd rounder.
