Absolutely.. tho we'd best be getting some more boring shutdown guys...  Our 3 best D prospects now are exciting offensive guys whos only weakness is defending

But as Al Arbour always said ... defense we can  teach

So, you exclude Morin or Poirier as a prospect?

cross gave a vote on confidence with Parekh.  Good gap controls and good stick... just doesn't use the body but not every player needs to be heavy hitting.

Oh I like him!  That wasn't a shot ..  heard a comparison to Karlsson..that's not weak..   the only Norris winner to not play the PK..

Was wondering if you were excluding one of them, wasn't sure which.

Not at all.  You need all types .. we haven't had a real highly offensive dman who can rish the puck into the zone in quite awhile .. good movement and passing yes .but not that well..  will only help our pp and zone entry at that time ..

But you just need to pair them with the d first guys to equal it out

Eiserman, Connolly, Greentree, Hage

Those are the top names I would have left on my board.

I want Hage but that's me.

Who is the top D remaining or is there any.

I don't know all of the names.

Jiricek. Not sure about his offensive upside though.

It's funny, that we hope to get a player and he goes elsewhere.

I didn't want to pick Parekh, but only because I knew less about him.

Not a huge guy and also is a RD.

Not my first choice.

I can see not wanting a guy in college after Fox, but whatever.

I am hoping for one the centers, Hage, Boisvert or Beaudoin to be available at 28.

That was one of my big reasons for wanting Hage.  I didn't think we would draft anything other than a D with #9.
