Last night, we dominated but still only got 3 in total, one being a 4-3 PP in OT. Let's hope you score on that type of chance. Markstrom had a strong game, held the fort as best he could. Once they got one in, you knew the 2nd was coming. But, enough quality saves to prevent NY from going ahead in the 3rd. The PP struggled again. The PK was not flawless again. 6 PP goals again in 6 games, IIRC. I loved the Mangiapane goal and the tic tac goal by the Hubey line. Last change and we still are putting Lucic out there with 3 minutes or less and the game on the line. There were enough miscues by the Rags to allow CGY to take the game. Couple of posts and an open net missed wide. Sutter very much took out the frustration of Lindholm not being available by underplaying the top line. It wasn't a great or terrible game by Ruzicka but the top line didn't get beat for chances. A team win, and some of the best paid players made a difference. I don't know if that gives me any more faith that we will go on a run. We haven't had many winning streaks. Do we see two good games in a row from Markstrom? Saw a stat on twitter last night. last 25 Flames are 13-7-5 Looks like a sprint finish between the Wild and Flames for the last wild [no pun] spot. I was looking at the standings and everyone in the west below us does not have a wining road record. Our team diff is still in +plus. Everyone below us in west has a -minus diff. Shows me that we are right where we deserve to be.... on the bubble We have not had any win streaks.. Now would be a good time to have one. I can access through my laptop form a link Peeps posted over a year ago but still get a 500 error when I try form the NHL app on my android. I dont even get to the sign in page. Markstrom started 16 of them with a 6-5-3 record. Vladar started 9 with a 6-2-2, one of the OTL was the cleanup in the CHI game.
