I do think they need to sit Hanifin. Eric Francis is full of crap. Mangiapane isn't being demoted. They need to match Toffoli with a good player. And they need to intensify the pressure with Backlund's line. Get Mangiapane away from facing McD or Drai. For the time being, no Oilers have really done anything. Chances on the PP is about all.
