Not a good look. Just poorly written. Not defending him. These guys can barely speak english well. Writing it is pretty much a write-off.

Thanks twitter...

I just think the sentiment in general is lame even with the wording change to him helping from heaven, but instead of helping his friends win he helps them lose so someone can take a job.  Dude just sucks in general.

Not saying I disagree.

He got his hits.

It's really easy to assume the person, as it should be.

He's one of those guys at junior games, that has season tix behind the visitor bench, puts on a costume, and is the biggest Hash Rate in the building.

To use an analogy.

So Schwindt claimed and Pelletier cleared. The consensus here is Schwindt isn't that crucial of a loss, so what does that say about Pelts's value in the league? He's a good kid likable and had a run of bad luck, but 31 other teams have said nope, doesn't improve our team. Its not surprising at all he cleared I didn't think there was any risk what so ever of him getting claimed. May he turns it around in the AHL, but this is trending more and more as bust in my eyes.

It's not that simple.

I highly doubt these managers are taken by surprise often. Perhaps the Flames are escorting Schwindt out the back door with Vegas' help.

I wouldn't dismiss the notion. This gang talks every day.

When players are waived it's not normally when 20+ others are as well.  Or that teams all have to pare down their rosters for the same reason.  One team made two claims and they were both C's.  The relative value of a C is higher than a LW/RW and higher still than a LW.

Lavoie is 6'4".  To Vegas size matters.  His lacklustre play to date is no more exciting than Pelletier or Schwindt.  I only like him due to the Memorial Cup play.  He hasn't done much since.

I would expect that with Pelletier going through waivers and not getting claimed will mean that the chip on his shoulder is going to get bigger. He is going to be determined to make his way back.

It's tough.  He's being passed now by two draft picks that were after he was drafted.

Some players take longer to hit their stride and that's even worse when they miss an important year.

Not bad this helps, I have to be honest, I’d like to see a few veterans moves out by TDL…one D in Barrie for Hunter B to come up…

and 2 forwards would be good to hopefully bring up a couple of young forwards…there are a few 2-3 forwards that should have a chance at a regular door now…thing is in order to do that Kadri would have to go and I’m not big on that this year he’s a great mentor…Coleman too and possibly Mantha but if Mantha clicks with Hubie that’s not gonna be an easy move unless Hubie could be moved which is also very unlikely

Vegas decides that Schwindt was the one waiver claim that they would hang onto.  Lavoie is back to waivers.  Oilers may be claiming him if no other team ahead of them decides to.

I don't think Schwindt was ever going to be anything.  No big loss except that RHS.  We need to draft more RHS C.

A "big mistake" that was universally praised when it was done.

Didn't work out, it happens.

Precisely. The sports world is all about take your hits and absorb your misses. Getting worked up about it is pointless, because it's a constant.

GMs are in a tough spot. Make a move, everyone approves. Doesn't work out, nobody ever liked that move. lol

Why have one standard when you can double it?
