Well, at least we clinched the playoffs with the Oilers getting a win. Â I hope that they can get back to the winning ways. The last few games have not been great. The defensive play is Oiler-esque. Despite the spare parts on the back end (defence and goalies included) they’re winning games not because of McD or Drai alone. EDM 4 - VGK 0. Russell, Foegele, RNH, Ceci with the goals. McD and Drai with zeroes, but the team is 8-1-1 in their last 10.  Here’s the kicker. EDM is playing similar to the way we used to, and somehow we’ve forgotten how to play that way.  Right now, no flames player is confident that their teammates are going to give their all to win a game.
