All charges were stayed in the Mike Richards court case after all these months. That means no record. Expect the Caps to re*sign him as Trotz really likes him.

So how does that affect Mike's NHLPA appeal of the dismissal? They turfed him because of the events.

The appeal was settled. LA gave him $s & he along with the NHLPA accepted. He's just trying to rebuild his career & under Trotz is in a good place for it. He won't be an Olympian again but will likely be 1 heck of a depth player. The kind you want on the ice when it's late & the score is close.
