I actually thought he holds up our there pretty good. Doesn’t get knocked off of the puck easily, stays on his skates.

I still think the right call would be to pull him up ad give him 10 games early in the season. Put him in a position to produce and see what happens. He's 24 years old, we need to see what we got or cut bait at some point.

I be tempted to call up Phillips and see what he can do in the show. Consistent scorer in the AHL, let’s see if it translates. Give him the right wing with Hubie

So I have to admit that I have never watch Kadri that close in the past, but if last night is what we get out of him all year he will easily be my favourite player on the team. Engaged all night, all over the ice. Impressive.

I was surprised to see the name Brett Sutter in the line up. Had to look it up but apparently he signed as a free agent with the Wranglers back in early Aug. Missed that!

I really think this came down to Canada's stupid Covid restrictions and JH was not taking the chance on being stuck here with a new family and not being able to have his or his wife's family come and go as pleased. He may have wanted the opportunity at Philly, as well, but I think if our insane government wasn't in place he'd still be wearing the Flaming C. I know that would be a MAJOR concern for me if I was a foreigner and was contemplating signing to stay for 8 years. I'd bet money that was the biggest factor for him.

Everyone is talking about whether Johnny is considering the money or a move back east, but maybe there is more to it then that? Maybe he has wedged himself into a large conversation around what type of contract and term he is willing to accept if the team can be held together, including Mony. It's been done before where a player will accept less money to make sure that the team around him is effective.....quite possible Johnny, Matty, Mang, and maybe even Mony's agents are all talking together to see if they can make something work for everyone. One can hope.....

Coleman has been our best pick up this year by far in my opinion. Toffey looked great for a bit, but Coleman has been very effective in the playoffs thus far

Agreed, especially if we can pot one early. We get an early lead, Dallas opens up and that creates loads of opportunities. I'm willing to bet we see the most amount of goals tonight of any game in the series.

Especially when the music in question is full of the same word on repeat, that BP used once. Again we'll never know how it all went down, but I for one am getting very tired of the victim card in todays society. The old pendulum is swinging to far again.....there has to be a middle ground somewhere that has accountability on both sides.

I think this being a contract year for both Johnny and Matty, they may come into the playoffs with a little extra motivation. Playoff failures have been the knock on them in the past, especially Johnny, so he (they) may be out to prove the critics wrong. That and the fact that they are both a year older, stronger, and have some experience in the post season, I believe our top line will be our top line in the playoffs.

You know I want Marky in net for the playoffs as bad as the next guy, but I would feel completely confident in Vlad if we had to turn to him for some reason
