Even the 2 wins are sketch on whether or not we earned them. Couldn't have asked for an easier schedule so far, one playoff team. Don't look now, but what I've seen of Anaheim is pretty good and fast af. Time waits for no one. Not sure what's in the water in Alberta right now, but you might wanna get yours imported to be sure. Hunt showed nothing and should have been benched after the giveaway on the 2nd goal, But he's out there with us needing to score. You want to get your players going and you don't shorten the bench? Tonight was a game where we had easy tap in chances and we didn't even hit a post. Nope, wide open and miss wide. Wide open and whiff on what should be an easy single motion to pop it in. With Ruzicka practicing, you almost think he will play Sunday no matter how sore he is. Our lowest paid player tied for 2nd in points with our most expensive player. You might think they would be a perfect match. But I guess having to play Ruzicka with your top LW doesn't make sense? Couldn't be any worse than what I saw tonight. Unless bold things are done soon, we won't have much of a fan base left on this board. Blues used to have our number, but they traded away almost evevy Flames killer they had. Tarasenko, Perron, ROR, Husso. We get a kid with a 6 GAA. And he pitches a shutout. Marky gets a 941 and we lose by 3 goals. The positive is that we haven't got Pelletier, Ruzicka, Zary, Coronato and Solo on the roster at the same time. They would embarras the so called vets. BTW, Solo was solid out there.
