Goal 2 - Tanev loses his stick and looks injured, can't fight Hyman for the puck. Goal 3 - deflection off Zadorov, but was a giveaway to the leading goal scorer. Not really on Marky except goal 1. Going to Vladar isn’t going to improve their puck management. the flames have no answers for the Oilers are playing them. We are a strictly north south team which means the middle is easy to defend. It’s been my worry most of the year. I get it’s not the same as other years, but just not doing it when things get tough. travel_dude Posted May 25, 2022 Report Share Posted May 25, 2022 I'm all for making a goalie change to reset the team, but it wasn't 3 goals in 3 minutes. Call a timeout then or pull the goalie if the goalie is rattled. It's not like he was playing poorly. Maybe a change to the lines might shake up the team, but a goalie change does nothing. TBC said the Kane goal he had to stop. Cross highlighted it. Smith has had a lot less hard work. He's been lucky to be good and good to be lucky.
