I'd say slight underpayment for Hudler (should have held out loking at what we got for Russell), slight overpayment for Stempniak. Both fair. Stempniak, althought in 8 more games, has 6 more goals and 6 more points than Hudler. Stempniak is also very usefull as a 3rd line guy if he isn't scoring, Hudler not so much... Makes sense that their values would be similar. Stempy was a guy WPG should have kept. He was good, but inconsistent here. Having a career year this year with NJD.
