If they miss a goal the league can call it in, I think if a goal is scored illegally they should be able to call it as well. Same deal, just restart play after "the goal" was scored. Now we get a delay to review it possibly being touched or hitting the top of the glass? The offside one is stupid. I agree woth the 5 minute major review.
