There’s really nothing they do well, there’s no emotion, there’s no fun, attitude and almost no skill. Just gets worse when you don’t win. And even if they do play well their goaltending just gives ip back breaking goals. this is the most unengaged I’ve been on a flames team in a while. Just incredibly boring to follow this year. I won't say I am surprised that they can't play the same two games in a row. There have been so few times that the same goalie plays well two in a row. We come out strong, don't score. I'm afraid that nothing less than a coaching change is needed right now to stir things up. Just my 2 cents but the Adam Walsh thing to me speaks volumes regardless if they are trying to brush it off. The only thing that might help this group is a huge trade. I'm focused on Meier. We have to deal Mangiapane as part of that, but that frees up the lineup a bit. Don't have to play Hiberdeau with Kadri and Pelletier. Don't need to use Toffoli with Lindholm. Huberdeau-Lindholm-Meier Dube-Kadri-Toffoli Pelletier-Backlund-Coleman Yeah, it's gonna cost more than Mangiapane. I would do a first + Mangiapane + Zary + roster player to be discussed. Maybe even Kylington, since he is doing nothing for us this season. I would give them Hanifin if Kylington was back playing. Re-signing him will be difficult.
