I'm not worried yet about next season signings.

Hertyl is going to be more expensive than Mony.

I like the player but we have to be certain we are re-signing him.

Besides, this is the new Monahan.

Bigger, stronger, faster....

LOL

I think he gets him game back.

A lot of people are complaining about his performance, but I think that is unfair given the injuries he sustained. I think he turns it around this year.

Guess you might have changed your mind?

This is less about his being a good player and more about the Flames being stupid.

Naw. It was tongue-in-cheek. Hence the LOL at the end. Yes, we haven’t played our best, but Hertl has been noticeable. Monahan… not so much.

We got too complacent and it cost us

I wouldn't say we got complacent, we just started making questionable decisions with the puck.

It not a desperate situation, just not ideal.

Need a bit more traffic in from of their goalie.

We carried the play for a lot of this game and had lots of zone time.

Monahan was better in the 1st. But the Flames made some bad plays in the 2nd and it cost them…

I feel the team also started getting too fancy and stopped putting pucks on net and passed instead of shooting on some breaking. It’s why I like that one rebound goal. There are just more opportunities when we get it on net.

I knew you were kidding.

I think the book on him is that when he's not scoring, he is doing nothing.

Not sure that fits here.

Monahan had two or three point blank shots, but he's not up to his normal accuracy yet.

We need an early call to get a PP goal.

The refs should manage this game the way they always do; favor the losing team.
