  1. Looks like Steinberg's gonna get an earful when he's comin' at ya from the Big Boys of Colorado Downtown Basement Studios. Love.
  2. I mean, on the bright side, it looks like they can be the Comeback Kids, but like, from both sides! Love.
  3. That was a great bad goal! It's nice to see that go our way sometimes! Love.
  4. Ilya Solovyov is having a rough game. It hurts to lose Tanev. Love.
  5. Makar from MacKinnon and Rantanen. Wouldn't it be cool if the Flames had players like that? Love.
  6. Devon Toews sitting on 199 career points. The Flames are pretty magnanimous about helping players hit career milestones. Remember this one? Love.
  7. Tanev straight to the room 15 seconds in. No good. Love.
  8. Jaysus! Another late GDT. Avs have lost six in a row five of the last six. GAME ON! Love.
  9. Not until we know what we have in these guys. Love.
  10. Yesterday, when Steinberg was comin' at us from Producer Bruce Dickinson's Gold Plated Diapers Downtown Studio, they spoke at length about the slow starts. Comebacks are awesome, but it's really unsustainable to play from behind all the time. Love.
  11. And the good news is that it's his right hand, which means that he should still be able to play guitar without too many modifications. I have broken a couple of fingers, and been able to make the splint work as a guitar slide. The only time it was ever really a problem was when it was my thumb because I couldn't push off the back of the neck. Love.
  12. Pronger did it too, remember? He said, she said. I'm the he! *whistle* puck's in the net. Love.
  13. Three D power play?! It's cheeky, but not as cheeky as the time that Brent Sutter deployed five defencemen against Vancouver: Jay Bouwmeester Mark Giordano Cory Sarich Brendan Mikkelson Anton Babchuk Shockingly, the ploy didn't work, and the boys went 0/3 on the PP that night, and allowed one shorty to Mason Raymond en route to his first career hat trick*, eventually losing 7-2. Love. * - Mason Raymond would score another hat trick years later, but this time he played for the Flames and propelled them to a 5-2 victory over the Oilers
