Just not a good team thats who they are. Watching the flames ottawa game. Definately not a good team.

Yes I have to give Mangiapane his due, he does come to play. I'm disappointed with the team/organization as a whole.

Can you blame him? I agree with you but even at a shadow he is better than most.

First let me start with the Penalty,, that was a clean hit no head shot , shoulder to shoulder, with not intent Sam was going for the puck at the same time. ON the goals he did nothing wrong he played well, he just happened to be on the ice,, it happens. Just take a look at some of the high point holders and their plus minus On the Fight i don't understand what you mean by. BUT that was standing up for the early hit... So what, most of the team would not have taken the fight because they are soft as ice cream, so there should be no BUT... Bennett is not going to be the best player on the team, but who was good in that game?? Who stood out??

WHO ARE THE CALGARY FLAMES.. Well they are the team you want to play if you are in a funk or need an easy 2 points.. They are the Maple Leaf's of old. The identity is SOFT DEFENSE can't clear the blue paint, DON'T STAND in front of the opposing goal tender. SHOOT PUCKS from the boards, DON'T CHARGE The Net. A POWER PLAY that only 2 guys can skate the puck into the opposing zone. 1 BIG GUY who doesn't fight or hit just looks grumpy. LITTLE GUYS Who are Not Fast. ONLY 1 player with any heart and passion for the game and to win at all costs, Chuckie. A Captian who is old/slow and complacent. DECENT GOALIES who need to face a lot of shots from 2 feet out because DEFENSE IS SOFT. A COACH who needs to go. A SYSTEM that does not work. A GM who does the minimum. AM I WRONG, I DON'T THINK SO. ITS THE REALITY OF THIS TEAM AND I'M A PISSED OFF FAN.

Valamaki is weak as they come for clearing that net, in reality they all are. The only guys I've seen who clear the front of the net are not on the flames team. The team couldn't score goals last year and nothing was done to address it so what do we expect the outcome to be. Time to clear out the dead weight even if some contracts have to be bought out.

Sam played a good game, what the hell do they want out of this guy?? There is more than enough dead weight on the team to keep the coach busy, Bennett is not one of them.

Tkachuk is the only flame who plays with heart and passion to win at all costs, if we had a team full of tkachuks we would be on top. Get rid of Gio while you may be able to get something from him,he is old and done, business decision has to be made. Make Chuckie captian..

Bennet gets nothing but a raw deal, if he goes to another team you will see... He just never stays on a line and plays too much on 3-4 lines, who the hell can score back there.. Coach's fault. I think he has some kind of an issue with Bennet. Put him on the first or second line and leave him there. Front of the net on PP.

No remorse, the organization has taken too long to get rid of the dead weight and there is more ready to go.

Defense, all small or play small, Cannot clear the front of the net. None with a mean streak thats needed. Join the rush or start it, yes sometimes but thats expected anyway and there should be more of it, but none of them are really fast enough even though they are smaller guys. None are feared by any other teams. YOu could eat an Ice Cream in front of the flames net.

Agree 100%, small defense corps who can't move anyone from the front of the net. Small forwards, speedy, not really but too small and scared to go to the net. When has anyone seen the flames crowd the goalie,, never maybe one guy in the area. Soft BOA hardly any hits, big guys next to no hits, no fights. Afraid to crash the net, almost all shots from the boards, easy for any goalie. NO Grit, NO Heart, NO Balz, NO Hitting, NO Fighting, NO CLearing the Net, NO Crowding the Opp Goalie. NO HARD PLAYERS HERE, JUST SOFT

BT has dropped the ball this season. The team hasn't been able to score goals in years. Small Defense core. Tiny forwards who have to shoot from the boards can't go to the net. Big guys who don't fight for the teammates and don't hit. A coach who is totally lost. The GM is overall responsible and he is failing the fans. Where is the GM???

First move, Coach has to go. BT should get off his azz and do something.
