Late to the party for predictions but what the hell i will give it a shot for what its worth, I really like everyone's comments, lots of straight opinions and comments well placed. 1. Will the Flames make the playoffs? No but still on the bubble so really optimistic, I am hoping they do but still think missing pieces needed for improvement. Dare I say EDM might even take first spot, until teams figure a way to not take penalty's or stop McLottoball. 2. Pacific Division Standings Predictions? EDM "hurts to type this" VGK VAN SEA LAK CGY ANA SJS 3. Flames Top Three Scorers? Tkachuk Monahan Lindholm 4. Will Gaudreau be traded this season or sign an extension? I hope so, but doubt it, he is lost confidence makes too many "rushed" get rid of the puck before he gets hit moves. "I miss the old Gaudreau"

The sky isn't falling and lots of shots the last two games are no doubt a positive, but this team needs to learn how to finish. Its their achilles , same old , same old. Gibson did steal this game...

I have to agree with this, although I am a Tanev fan he did have an "off" night it seemed tonight, some poor plays, maybe a small injury?

Typical response again, cannot finish, cannot hold a lead, cannot fight to win. Eichel has my vote, need to make something happen. Still not a Sutter fan either, don't hate me its just an opinion. So sick of this team already BT where are you?

I agree with this post completely, Flames literally don't have an identity except for negative attributes. Anyone that discusses the Flames look at the chithead Tkachuk, they all hate him, but would love him on their team. Flames used to have an identity of "Never quit", or "Never give up", but not anymore. This team has two major issues (yes there are some small ones) but they are: #1 Not enough pucks at the net, whether poor or high quality there is not enough pucks in the zone towards the net. (They look like Europe type hockey out there) #2 Powerplay, this year is brutal every team knows coming in they all rush the blue line dump it back and try to skate it through as one unit. (Personally I wish they would dump the puck in more). Identity will not change until we rack up more in the win column, regardless of the hatred of Tkachuk.

I hope the Oilers keep BN and the rest of the failures in office for some time. No lottery drafts can overcome incompetence.
