    Let's take this game back. Tough play is fine, but need some skill out there. Plodding through the N zone is not the way to do it. Supposed to be a 5 man unit, not one guy and everyone else skating away. No puck support. Hanifin blew the zone without having full control of the puck. End result, goal.

    Gaudreau needs to aim off a bit. How about that Kylington. Takes the player off the puck, no shot. Sutter needs to settle down Hanifin. He's cheating too far into the N zone. How many odd man rushes are we going to give up here?

    That was barely a push. Backlund wasn't trying to drive him into the boards. He was playing the puck and Konecny was in the way.

    The shutout is a bonus. I think his play was strong, but the team played very well in front of him. He almost had one against TOR which was a much more impressive show. But, it's 4 games. Still a young season. Kyler has been doing it every night.

    Some really good movement on the PP. I wish they would work on backdoor plays. The bump to the slot is really tough to get off clean.

    Well, it's a bonmus, but I think it was expected Marky would have a good start. Vladar was a very good goalie at the early stage in his career.
