As much as I agree that Ramo has allot to prove on this side of the Atlantic, I really wish people would drop his last stint in the NHL, he was on a crap team with bad D and was still pretty young when he took the reigns, if a more mature and seasoned Ramo can't handle it then by all means throw him to the wolves....

You just know that Ramo is going to get around the $3 mill a year mark. I have a feeling it may even be a half a mill more then that.... I'd like to see them all signed at 1.5-2 for a season and let them battle for a payday, but that will never happen!

I like Pho noodle soup, I think Im gonna order in on sunday and watch the draft in my house coat and boxers while forgetting that the appocalyse is going on in Calgary!

Just want to say thank you too all of the out of town flames fans for your support, to the first responders who have done one hell of a job in keeping everyone safe and to all those who have been affected by this tragedy, Keep Calm and Chive on..... We will soon see the best of this city once the water is gone!

Well said Cross, I can relate to this in so many ways. I still throw my Iggy Flames/Team Canada jersey on for every game I watch, still run through my pregame rituals now before every Pens game, and thank the hockey gods with every win that brings Iggy closer to hoisting Lord Stanley's Cup. I have seen allot of great players in Calgary over the years but none that have embraced the city like Jarome, a true class act that has earned his place in Calgary as the greatest ambassador the city has every seen. Get er done Jarome and bring the cup back home!

I say we resign Jmac and see what we have in Ramo and the swiss dude, Joey has looked pretty stellar at times and could handle split starts with Ramo if he turns out to be an option. Im more then comfortable with how he has played this year since coming in and think that with the way he has handled himself in the midst of all the drama he has earned another contract.
