Krahn

maybe we could get Ward and Brind'Amour for Krahn and Nolan... afterall we got Giguere and Cassels for Kidd and Roberts

That sounds like fair trade since Brind'Amour wrecked his knee too.

But about Krahn, a goalie with bad knees is bad news. I feel terrible for him as he had a bright future ahead of him but might be unable to achieve it. I don't know the severity of the injury but with this many injuries already, it's safe to say his career might be over before it even began.

i agree... and everything ive heard about Krahn is he is a fantastic leader and great in the locker room... he was credited with really helping McElhinney mature as a goaltender... at the very least I think Krahn has a future as a goaltending coach

He's still with us? Ugh. Package him up and send him somewhere else. I thnk we've had our time with him, and we should just let him develop in another system.

It sucks that he got hurt, and banged up his knee. And for that to happen before he even got to the NHL? Possible career killer for sure.

Hillarious.
Wasnt this kid projected to be the next Roy or somthing? Before he was drafted?
I don't remember anyone comparing him to Roy but he was expected to be a good goalie. He may have been had it not been for the glass knees.

It's a shame, this is likely the end of his career with the Flames as he's a RFA at the end of the season. I like Krahn and was really hoping to see him backing up Kipper at some point. But with McElhinney, Keetley, Lalande and Irving in the system Krahn chances of getting a renewal is slim and none.
