You know, I'm really interested to see what they do with Morrison. I saw the Flames/Marlies game last night, and that kid looks like the real deal. He was the best player on the ice - he skates exceptionally well, is smart with and without the puck, plays with a lot of heart, and has an absolute rocket from the blueline.

Acolatse, Cundari, & Ramage will all be RFAs, who require qualifying offers of $770k, $725k, & $760k respectively. Does Calgary keep any/all of them?
You know, I'm glad you mentioned Sena Acolatse. I don't know what his ceiling is given that at 24 he's never played in the NHL, but I have had a chance to see him play a few times when Adirondack has played the Marlies. He's a total firecracker. I'm not sure if there's some vendetta (that he shares with Mathieu Tousignant) against the city or the team, but they're both monstrous here. They're my two favourites (in my limited sample). They're fearless, absolute troublemakers, and a real handful for the opposition.

Maybe we can trade for Crawford real cheap. I mean Chicago must be very unhappy with their goaltending situation, and looking for a real nhl quality nhl tender after Crawford proved last night he doesnt belong in the league, whiffing on a center ice shot and all.
Do you suppose this has anything to do with Mandela?

Eh your's just made me realize, there's others looking at the standings and thinking the same thing, Ive seen others say the same as you did. But luckily we dont have feaster anymore. So I doubt burke would blow up this team for a chance at the playoffs this/next year.
