As much as Backlund has played like crap, Richrdson has looked like total crap, Can't generate anything. Waste of space over Ruzie. And they have him playing LW.

I wasn't impressed with what BT said about him. Said "he just gets in the way of pucks". Sorry, but the kid has amazing mobility. I know he was being complementary, but it didn't sound that way.

Tanev was skating slowly into the O zone and Backlund somehow managed to go offside. Yes, he is playing. 1st period, 2 on 1 with Lindholm and Backlund passes to the covered Lindholm. Yup, he's playing. I shouldn;t complain. He just gets under my skin some games.

The really strange thing is that it was a short handed breakaway. That would have been a funny story if he scored.

I watched the BJ's play earleir. Laine with 4 one timers on the same PP and missed the net 4 times. And I thought we were bad. Rittich looked good in the SO, but Texier made him look really bad.
