Sammy should have 6 goals by now 3 waved off and one post. Neal should be the extra finisher on the 1st so that could put Lindholm on the second line with Chucky. IMO BP is working a lot with Sammy to get him back on track and I think BP likes him a lot. If BT wanted to bring in another playmaker into the fold maybe take a looksie at Mats Zaccarello he's 31 on a rebuilding team so, maybe he's available he'd work good with Sammy and Chucky. I think Sammy will take the 2nd line Center spot soon.

Your idea of Sammy and Chucky together. Two guys that have unstoppable motors. I think would gel nicely.

New arena and field house would employ 2000 construction people and add a huge trickle down effect on the economic activity in Calgary. Something, we need desperately right now. I've, said this before but, the MTS Center in Winnipeg holds 15400 people. Bettman didn't want Winninpeg but he let it slide. 14 year old arena and only 15400 people. No, crying from the jets owners. Murray Edwards who is a good dude made a lot of money off of Iggy. He's given more money away then anyone in Calgary. -
The puck does die on his stick a lot. But, he's always going full tilt. He's, always so jacked up.

You're right on that. Besides, Gaudreau I think Sammy is the next best skater on the team. He, has all the tools needed for pro hockey. He, seems so jacked all the time he needs to slow things down a bit and use and see his teammates.

Bennet has all the fundamental tools to be a good player. Speed, tenacious, relentless, a high motor, physicality. I've always liked him. I think he's still a Center because of his strong fundamentals. He's, smart but has been wronged by BT and GG who BTW was a terrible development coach. BT is a smart guy on development but he did drop the ball on Sammy. Imagine Bennet with Chucky.

I Know this isn't a political forum. I could go on all day lol. But, Nenshi probably was past a basketball when younger and it hit him in the face. Then, probably ran a 30 second 100 meter. If, it was a billion dollar state of the art art complex it would be being built as we speak. This, is not Paris, France no matter how much he wants it to be. -

What is baffling to me is Winnipeg's arena (MTS Centre) sits something like 15400 or so? It's a small market in a poor city and no crying about a new arena. Still, able to keep their core together and turning a profit. Go, figure. -
I hope BT acts fast on that issue. Mikey makes me nervous with injuries as all of us probably do.

Lehtonen would be a good option. I, forgot about him. It seems most NHL goalies don't come around until 28. Then by that time the team that drafts, them gives up on them and then another team bears the fruit of that signing. Tricky stuff.

I feel the same way. Treliving IMO should maybe take a look at Oscar Dansk from Las Vegas. He, only played 3 games but dominated in those 3 games. Maybe McPhee likes Subban more and will part with Dansk.

Goaltending was our Achilles heel last season. Now we have a goalie who led in save percentage last year and another one that had a stellar year last year too. Is maybe Jordan Siglet not a good coach? I mentioned last year to fire JS but was met with ridicule.
