    Ok, so look at it the other way, we got one win too few to move to 2nd overall.

    It's funny that we had enough points to actually make the playoffs if WPG hadn't managed to win the final 2. They sucked too long to really be a playoff team. And you can chalk up the 2 losses (CHI and VAN) to be the difference between playoffs and no playoffs.

    I think we will win the lotto for playing like the game meant something. Won't be anything amazing, but better than 15th or 16th.

    Wolf is gonna get his first NHL victory in his first NHL game.

    Not really placing anything on him. This is a great tuneup for the AHL playoffs. He looks decent enough to be a NHL goalie. The only goal was a bit of a bad bebound and a perfect shot. He looks smaller than Saros.
