Injuries are so bad, it would be embarrassing for the Oilers not beat us tonight. That said, the Flames will win.

Feaster is really working hard on creating a strong Heat team this year, good on him. Breed success at the lower level, it might help translate to success in the NHL later. )

Want proof I shouldn't watch anything with players talking? I watched Staios chat it up and now I kinda like the guy (almost thought I wanted him back). AHhhhh!!!

Yeah he did give a good interview, I liked it to. gave some good insight on the hits behind the net. Steve is a class guy but he is a step behind now. He would fit in perfect in the media, hope he gets a position.

Yea I know it's not a priority in my mind as many others him fitting back in the lineup but at a much cheaper price tag it wouldn't be a bad move. In fact it might be a good move. Nothing beats experience and he can still skate faster than Sarich after all.

agreed Bigchief. lol =p The point of having a canadian team as a fav is for competition against the rest. I would love to see Americans take it home until CGY got their plaoff groove back.

I posted a little tid bit about Cammalleri on the Darryl Sutter thread and didn't really get any response. I'm still wondering if I'm alone in my thinking; do you think Cammalleri is worth his $6M cap hit?

I totally agree, I called letting Cammy walk the right decision from the beginning. Not that he isn't a good player but he isn't worth 6 mill. Where's your thread ?

I apologize to anyone I snipe at tonight, I'm so vindictively fired up by Iggy's milestone, especially when it comes to anyone saying he's old and past his prime. His goal says fruit you.

exactly! 30 goals in 1 NHL season is a great year. String 10 together and you have a legend. Hes only 33, and If Chelios played pro hockey until he was 49 Iggy can play until atleast 40 at a high level.

I doubt a deal is in the works, I think its exactly what Feaster said; a way to free up space and allow some young players to be brought up on a reward basis. That's a GREAT plan to me.
