You’re going to hear people say the Flames are 3 pts out of a playoff spot. Those people are incorrect. Winnipeg owns the tie-breaker comfortably, so in actuality they’re 4 pts out of a playoff spot. Nonetheless, they’re not going away. That’s a big win in Vegas for many reasons.
